If ordering multiple boxes to different recepients, please make each purchase seperately. Every address incurs a seperate shipping/delivery charge.
Products are shipped weekly on Mondays only. Orders submitted by 6pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday that week. Orders submitted after 6pm on Friday will go into the following week’s delivery queue unless otherwise agreed.
All care is taken with the shipping and packaging of your order. All products are wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap before placing it inside the delivery box. We are unable to take responsibility for breakage during transit. Please be aware that it is possible for slight breakage to occur during transportation despite our best effort.
We use Australia Post to ship all of our products. Please expect your order to arrive within 1–3 business days for most major cities. We encourage you to check whether your postcode falls within the Express Post National Network and confirm you are happy with the time frames before ordering.
Unable to deliver - if unsuccessful, a card will be left by Australia Post with details on pick-up arrangements. Biscuits will stay fresh for upto a week in their packaging.
